12-5-3: MANUFACTURED OR MOBILE HOMES OUTSIDE A MOBILE HOME PARK:

Standards for manufactured or mobile homes placed outside of a mobile home park or an MH-3 zone:
   A.   The manufactured home or mobile home must be permanently fixed to the residential lot;
   B.   The manufactured home or mobile home must have been manufactured within the six (6) years immediately preceding the date on which it is affixed to the residential lot;
   C.   The manufactured home or mobile home must consist of more than one section; and
   D.   The manufactured home or mobile home must consist of at least one thousand two hundred (1,200) square feet of living area unless the owner has applied for and been approved for a variance to the size of the living area to conform to the size or configuration of the lot upon which the manufactured or mobile home is being placed.
