A.   In order to carry out the purposes of this Title, the Town is hereby divided into zones as follows:

      1.   AR-1    Residential Agricultural Zone.

      2.   AR-5    Residential Agricultural Zone.

      3.   AR-10 Residential Agricultural Zone.

      4.   AR-40 Agricultural Residential Zone.

      5.   Light Industrial West Zone.

      6.   Light Industrial East Zone.

      7.   Commercial Overlay Zone.

      8.   Heavy Industrial Zone.

      9.   Airpark Zone.

      10.   Airpark Overlay Zone.
