Pursuant to the Tennessee Code Annotated, §§ 13-4-101(c)(9) and 13-7-106(b)(9), the City of Forest Hills does hereby opt out of participation in the Planning Commission and Board of Zoning Appeals Training and Continuing Education Act of 2002.
