All applications made to the Planning Board and ZBA shall be accompanied by a fee in such amount as may be determined from time to time by resolution of the Town Board.

Documentary fee. A fee shall be charged in such amount as may be determined from time to time by resolution of the Town Board for compilation of names and addresses of all owners who shall be given certified mail notice of public hearing as required by this chapter.

Publication and postage costs. The applicant shall also be required to pay, upon presentation, the actual costs of publication and mailing of any and all notices required by any provision of this chapter or other provision of law.

Consultant and professional fees. All applications to the Planning Board and ZBA are subject to the cost reimbursement provisions in Chapter 82 of the Code of the Town of Forestburgh.
