1111.02 SPECIAL MEETINGS.
The Chairperson of the Planning and Zoning Commission, or any two members of the Planning and Zoning Commission may call special meetings upon at least twenty-four hours notice to each member of the Planning and Zoning Commission, served personally or left at his or her usual place of residence or by regular mail.

1113.01 ACCEPTANCE OF 1990 BOUNDARIES.
Council hereby accepts the report of Steven McQuillin and Associates and the Historic District Subcommittee of the Architectural Board of Review and fully endorses the placement on the National Register of Historic Places the new boundaries of the Historic District as contained in the October 19, 1990, report.
Council hereby approves the map of the revised Historic District prepared by McQuillin & Associates, a copy of which map is attached to original Ordinance 2513, passed December 8, 1992, as Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein by reference, so as to make the boundaries of the Village Historic District match the boundaries approved by the National Register of Historic Places in 1991.
