Miscellaneous Provisions

§ 405-61 Schedules and attachments.

A. 
The Schedule of Bulk and Coverage Controls attached to this chapter as Schedule I is hereby made a part hereof.[1]

B. 
Appendix 2, describing certain properties included in various use districts or zones, is hereby made a part hereof.[2]

Editor's Note: Said Appendix 2, as amended 4-19-1980 by Ord. No. 3-12-80, is on file in the office of the Borough Clerk, where it may be inspected during regular business hours.

§ 405-62 Filing of copies.

A. 
Three copies of the texts or maps of the ordinances hereby adopted are on file in the office of the Borough Clerk and are available for public inspection until final action is taken.
B. 
Immediately upon adoption of this chapter, the Municipal Clerk shall file a copy of this chapter with the Passaic County Planning Board as required by law.

§ 405-63 Consistency with Master Plan.

The governing body does hereby determine that this chapter as adopted, is substantially consistent with the Land Use Plan Element of the Master Plan adopted by the Planning Board of the Borough of Haledon on December 26, 1978.

§ 405-64 Publication.

A. 
The Borough Clerk shall arrange for the publication of this chapter in pamphlet or other similar form, which may be sold by the Borough at a price not to exceed the cost of publication and distribution.
B. 
The newspaper publication requirements shall be in accordance with the provisions of N.J.S.A. 40:49-2.1.
