ARTICLE VII

LEGAL STATUS

Sec. 44-215.- Interpretation.

In the interpretation and application of the zoning ordinance of the city, the provisions shall be considered minimum requirements adopted for the promotion of the public health, safety and general welfare of the citizens of the city. Where the provisions of this article require or impose more restrictive standards than are required by any other ordinance or law, the provisions of this article shall control. Where the provisions of any other ordinance or law require more restrictive standards than are required by this article, the provisions of such other ordinance or law shall control.
