Land Use Application Checklists

§ 157-117 Checklists adopted.

The Planning Board by formal resolution shall have the authority to prepare and promulgate such checklists as may be necessary or desirable to assist in the processing of applications for development. Such checklists shall be consistent with the terms of this chapter. Checklists so adopted by the Planning Board are deemed to be adopted pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55D-10.3.

§ 157-118 Checklists to remain on file.

The Borough Clerk and the Planning Board Secretary are directed to maintain on file for public inspection the schedule of checklists. The Planning Board shall provide a checklist, appropriate to the development approval applied for, to each applicant for development.
