A parcel or lot of 1/4 acre or less in size, that was in nonresidential use (i.e., commercial, industrial, institutional) on or before December 1, 1985; and
A lot of one acre or less in size, as part of a subdivision approved after December 1, 1985; impervious surfaces of the entire subdivision may not exceed 15%.
§ 205-43 Boundaries.
The boundaries of the Critical Area Resource Conservation Zone shall be as shown on the Zoning Maps of the City of Havre de Grace but in any event shall include the area known as "Tydings Island" and all areas within the one-hundred-year floodplain of the Susquehanna River north of the center line of United States Route 40 and south of the northerly boundary of the City of Havre de Grace as constituted on July 1, 1988.[1]
