100 Title and Short Title
§ 26-101 TITLE.

A comprehensive chapter regulating the uses of land and the uses and location of structures; the height and bulk of structures; the area and dimension of yards and other open space; the density and intensity of population and land use; the division of the Borough of Haworth into districts for such purposes; the creation of a map showing said districts; the establishment of rules, regulations and standards governing the subdivision and development of land within the Borough, and the establishment of a Planning Board and Zoning Board of Adjustment and appropriate penalties and procedures for violations of its provisions, all enacted pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55D-1 et seq.
§ 26-102 SHORT TITLE. [1]

This chapter shall be known and may be cited as: The Land Use Regulations of the Borough of Haworth, 1993.
