ARTICLE IV
Provisions Applicable to All Districts
§ 295-5 Conformity with regulations required.
No building or land shall hereafter be used or occupied and no building or part thereof shall be erected, used, moved, reconstructed, changed or altered unless in conformity with the regulations of this chapter.
§ 295-6 Interpretation of terms.

A.
Whenever in this chapter a distance is referred to as being measured from a named street, such distance shall be measured in a line at right angles to the side of such street, unless otherwise stated or unless the context requires a different interpretation.
B.
"Street line" or "side line of a street" shall mean the boundary of the highway right-of-way, not the paved or used portion of the highway.
