No clothes, linen or bedding shall be aired or dried from the windows of any building in the Village of Hewlett Harbor.

All clothes, linen, bedding and other articles shall be dried or aired only in a drying yard provided for the purpose.

Such drying yard shall be provided with a screening of hedges, shrubs, trellis, latticework, fence or the like, of sufficient height and so located as to shield the yard from view from the adjacent streets or adjoining properties.
