Sec. 9.01. Term. Provided Grantee files a written acceptance of this franchise with the City within thirty (30) days after final passage of this Ordinance, this franchise shall take effect on the date it is passed, approved, and adopted as recorded below (the "Effective Date") and shall continue and remain in effect for a term of thirty (30) years.
