a. | Multi-family dwellings may be grouped together so long as (1) there shall be a minimum distance of 24 feet between multi-family dwellings and (2) the total number of dwelling units in any grouping of multi-family dwellings shall not exceed 20. |
b. | Groupings of multi-family dwellings as provided in Footnote (a.), above shall be located so that there shall be a minimum distance of 50 feet between such groupings. |
