Certain classes of districts, designated herein by the primary symbol "C" and collectively referred to as commercial or C districts, are established to provide for the various types of shopping, service and business facilities. The specific regulations set forth for each in Chapters 18.45 through 18.54 are subject to all the general regulations of Chapter 18.78.
