ARTICLE VII
CR Conservation/Recreation District
§ 350-35 Purpose.
The purpose of the CR Conservation/Recreation District is to delineate and recognize the state and county wildlife management areas and other public lands and protect those natural areas, scenic and recreational resources within the Town of Italy that contribute to the high quality of life of the Town. Any use not specifically listed in Article VII, § 350-36, shall be prohibited.
§ 350-36 Permitted uses.
In the Conservation/Recreation District, no building or facility or structure shall be erected, altered or extended, and no land or building or facility thereof shall be used for any purpose or purposes other than the following:
A.
Wildlife management areas.
B.
Outdoor recreation.
C.
Activities or uses deemed appropriate by the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation.
