§ 3
DISTRICTS.
For the purpose of regulating and restricting the use of land and the erection, construction, reconstruction, alteration, or use of buildings, structures or land, the City of Katy is hereby divided into districts as follows:
“R-1” Single-family residential district |
“R-2” Medium density residential district |
“R-3” Multiple-family residential district |
“C-1” Commercial district |
“C-2” General business district |
“M” Industrial district |
“PDD” Planned development district |
“MH” Mobile home district |
“OKD” “Old Katy” district |
