Nursery school shall be subject to:
a. The structure shall comply with the Uniform Construction Code of the State of New Jersey.
b. No more than six non-adult persons shall be housed at the site at any one time.
c. A minimum of 250 square feet of fenced outdoor play area per non-adult shall be provided at the site.
