| As measured from the back of the curbs. See also § 25-81(c)(1)(xi), below for additional width requirements for on-street parking. |
| For cul-de-sac streets serving fewer than nine single-family dwellings, including corner lots, the right-of-way width may be reduced to 40 feet with additional easements as required, for the purpose of reducing site grading. |

The minimum twenty-eight-day compressive strength shall be 4,500 psi. |
| The rolled stone base shall be constructed of two-inch clean crushed stone. |
| If drainable base is not applied, then a four-inch-thick Type 5 aggregate base shall be used in all asphaltic concrete cases. |
| Prime over aggregate base shall be an MC-30 cutback applied at a rate of 0.30 gallon per square yard |
| Tack applied between lifts of asphalt shall be SS-1h emulsion applied at a rate of 0.10 gallon per square yard. |
