This chapter may be amended from time to time in accordance with the provisions of Article 7 of the New York State Village Law.

This chapter shall be known as and be cited as the "Zoning Law of the Village of Kiryas Joel, New York."

When, as a result of a municipal transportation project, the Village requests a portion of property be offered for dedication to the Village pursuant to a written agreement with the Village, the remaining property shall not have its bulk area or dimensional calculations reduced as a consequence of the donation of a portion of the parcel to the Village. This provision does not apply to any land dedication required by the Planning Board in connection with a land use approval application.
