No person or entity shall offer, facilitate an offer, or provide a dwelling unit, or any portion thereof, for rent for 30 consecutive calendar days or less to any person or entity ("short term rental" or "STR") in any City Zone District. (Ord. 2020-03 § 2)

No person or entity shall maintain any advertisement of a short term rental in the City prohibited by this Chapter. (Ord. 2020-03 § 2)

Violations of this Chapter are subject to the administrative penalty provisions adopted by the City Council by resolution. (Ord. 2020-03 § 2)
