Fees for the following shall be in amounts to be determined by the board from time to time:

(1)

Procedures and submittal requirements for change of zoning designation.

a.

For first five acres or any portion thereof.

b.

For each acre over five or portion thereof.

(2)

Site plan review procedures and submittal requirements.

a.

For each five acres or any portion thereof.

b.

For each acre over five acres or any portion hereof.

(3)

Conditional use review.

a.

For each five acres or any portion thereof.

b.

For each acre over five acres or any portion thereof.

(4)

Appeal to board of adjustment. For each separate appeal.

(5)

Special/temporary permit application/fee. For each separate event/application.

When filing fees are required, the applicant shall, in addition, be responsible for all costs of advertising and processing. The town clerk shall be responsible for maintaining these records and billing the applicant.
