CLASSIFICATION OF

DISTRICTS

§ 156.20 DISTRICTS.

   For the purpose of this chapter, the city is hereby divided into zoning districts which shall be designated as follows:
   (A)   R-1 Agriculture Residence District;
   (B)   R-2 Single-Family Residence District;
   (C)   R-3 Multiple-Family Residence District;
   (D)   B-1 Limited Business District;
   (E)   B-2 General Business District;
   (F)   I-1 General Industry District; and
   (G)   I-2 Limited Industry District.

§ 156.21 ZONING MAP.

   The location and boundaries of the districts established by this chapter are hereby set forth on the zoning map, and the map is hereby made a part of this chapter; the map shall be known as the “Lake Crystal Zoning Map”. The map and all notations, references and data shown thereon are hereby incorporated by reference into this chapter and shall be as much apart of it as if all were fully described herein. It shall be the responsibility of the Zoning Administrator to maintain the map and amendments thereto shall be recorded on the zoning map within 30 days after official publication of amendments. The official zoning map shall be kept on file in the City Hall.

§ 156.22 DISTRICT BOUNDARIES.

   The boundaries between districts are, unless otherwise indicated, either the centerlines of streets, alleys or railroad rights-of-way, or such lines extended or lines parallel or perpendicular thereto. Boundaries between districts are, unless otherwise indicated, platted lot or plot lines. Where figures are shown on the zoning map between a street and a district boundary line, they indicate that the district boundary line runs parallel to the street line at a distance therefrom equivalent to the number of feet so indicated, unless otherwise indicated.

§ 156.23 FUTURE ANNEXATION.

   Any land annexed to the city in the future shall be placed in the R-1 Agriculture Residence District, until placed in another district by action of the City Council after recommendation of the City Planning Commission.
