This chapter shall be known as the "Leetsdale Borough Zoning Ordinance," and the map referred to herein and made a part of this chapter shall be known as the "Leetsdale Borough Zoning Map."

No building or structure shall be used, located, erected, constructed, altered, converted, enlarged or moved, nor shall any building, structure or land be used or be designed to be used except in full compliance with all the provisions of this chapter and after the lawful issuance of all permits and certificates required by this chapter.

Words used in a special sense in this chapter are defined in Article VII.
