Each application for a building permit shall be accompanied by a plot plan showing the actual dimensions of each lot to be built upon, the size, shape and location of the building to be erected, and such other information as may be necessary to provide for the enforcement of this title. A record of applications and plot plans shall be kept in the office of the Director of Building and Safety.
