In case any article, section or provision of this chapter shall be held invalid in any court, the same shall not affect any other article, section or provision of this chapter, except so far as the article, section or portion so declared invalid shall be inseparable from the remainder of any portion thereof.

With the adoption of this chapter, the following ordinances are repealed in their entirety: Planning Board Ordinance and Subdivision Ordinance. Any and all other Township ordinances or parts thereof in conflict with or inconsistent with any of the terms of this chapter are hereby repealed to such extent as they are so in conflict or inconsistent; provided, however, that the adoption of this chapter shall not prevent or bar the continuance or institution of any proceedings for offenses heretofore committed in violation of any existing ordinances of the Township.

This chapter shall take effect immediately after passage, filing with the County Planning Board and publication in the manner provided by law.
