(a)

The official zoning map is on file in the office of the clerk and all notations, references and other information shown thereon are a part of this subpart and have the same force and effects as if said zoning map and all such notations, references and other information shown there were fully set forth or described herein.
(b)
Except where reference on said zoning map to a street or other designated line is made by dimensions shown on said map, the district boundary lines follow lot lines or the centerlines of the streets or alleys, or such lines extended and the boundary lines as they existed at the time of adoption of the ordinance from which this subpart is derived. Where uncertainty exists with respect to the boundaries of any zoning district as shown on the zoning map, the governing authority shall rule on such boundaries.
(c)
Where a zoning district divides a lot, tract or parcel of land at the time such district boundary is established, the use classification of the less-restricted district may be extended to the property line, but shall not be extended more than a distance of 100 feet without the permission of the governing authority.
