The district is intended for the primary permitted use of single-family dwellings. Certain other types of uses may be integrated into this district but will be compatible with the primary single-family dwelling use only if the impact of certain activities and improvements are specifically mitigated by regulations and conditions that promote and encourage a suitable family environment. The uses in this district are to be primarily residential in nature.
