- OFF-STREET LOADING
Off-street facilities shall be provided and maintained for receiving and loading merchandise, supplies and materials within a building or on the lot or tract adjacent thereto. Such off-street loading space may be adjacent to a public alley or private service drive or may consist of a truck berth within the structure with no portion of the loading space extending into the public right-of-way. At least one-half of such off-street loading spaces or truck berths shall have a minimum dimension of ten by 40 feet, and the remaining one-half of the required loading berths shall have a minimum dimension of ten by 20 feet.
