Mabton Municipal Code Chapters 15.04 and Chapters 17.04 through 15.52 are hereby repealed in their entirety.

If any provision of this title or its application to any person or circumstance is held invalid, the remainder of the title, or the application of the provisions to other persons or circumstances, shall not be affected.

This title shall be in full force and effect five days after its passage and publication as required by law.
