The Town Commission may from time to time on its own motion, on administrative recommendation, or on petition, amend, supplement, change, modify or repeal the regulations, restrictions or District boundaries herein established. Any ordinance effectuating or implementing any amendment, supplement, change, modification or repeal to or of the regulations, restrictions or District boundaries herein established, shall be adopted in pursuance of the procedures established in F.S. § 166.041, as the same now exists or may hereafter be amended.
