Zoning districts.
A.
Zones. For the purpose of this article and in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40:55D-62, Power to zone, and, in the Pinelands Area, in accordance with N.J.A.C. 7:50-1 et seq., the Township is divided into the following classes of zones within the Coastal Area Facility Review Act (CAFRA) and Pinelands National Reserve Area and within the Pinelands Area of the Township, as follows.
