It shall be the duty of the Building Inspector, with the aid of the Police Department, to enforce the provisions of this chapter.

Any person who violates, disobeys, neglects, omits or refuses to comply with, or who resists the enforcement of any of the provisions of this chapter, shall be subject to the penalties provided in § 1-3 of this Code.
