Dwelling units which are accessory to the farming uses shall also be permitted; provided, however, that the occupants of the dwellings are engaged in agricultural activities on the premises as their principal means of livelihood or are for the immediate family (such as parents, children, grandchildren) of the owners of the farm when such owner's principal residence is on the farm; provided, however, that the original farm residence can be rented to non-farm workers if the owners have moved from the property.
