DISTRICTS ESTABLISHED
The City of Mary Esther is hereby divided into districts and the districts shall be known as:
| R-1 | Single-Family Residential District - Low Density |
| R-2 | Single or Multi-Family Residential District - Medium Density |
| C-1 | Limited Commercial |
| C-2 | General Commercial |
| PUD | Planned Unit Development District |
| PMDD | Planned Mixed Development District |
| PL | Public Land District |
