While a short-term rental is rented, the owner or operator shall be available twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week for the purpose of responding within thirty (30) minutes to complaints regarding the condition, operation, or conduct of occupants or guests of the short-term rental. Failure of the operator to respond to calls or complaints regarding the condition, operation, or conduct of occupants and/or guests of the short-term rental unit within thirty (30) minutes and in an appropriate manner shall render the operator subject to all remedies including revocation of the short-term rental permit.
