ARTICLE VA

R-2 Residential Single-Family District

§ 94-24 Permitted principal uses.

Permitted principal uses shall be as follows:

Single-family dwellings.

Single-family dwellings with home occupations.

All other uses required by the Municipal Land Use Law, N.J.S.A. 40:55D-1 et seq.

§ 94-25 Applicability of other provisions.

All other provisions applicable to the R-1 District shall apply to the R-2 District, except that there shall be no conditional uses permitted in the R-2 District.
