This ordinance is not intended to interfere with or annul any easement, covenant, or other agreement between parties. However, where this ordinance imposes a greater restriction upon the use of property or by private easements, covenants, or agreements, the provisions of this ordinance shall govern. Whenever other ordinances or parts of ordinances require greater restrictions than those required by this ordinance, such ordinances or parts of ordinances shall govern.

All ordinances and parts of ordinances, regulations, or laws passed by the county commission of Meriwether County, Georgia, in conflict herewith, are hereby repealed. All ordinances or parts of ordinances not specifically in conflict herewith are hereby continued in force and effect.

Should any part, section, or provision of this ordinance be declared invalid or unconstitutional by any court of competent jurisdiction, such declared invalid or unconstitutional part, section or provision shall be deemed severed from this ordinance and shall not affect the validity of any remaining portion of this ordinance.
