Government Use GU Zone

§ 190-104 Purpose.

It is the purpose of this zone district to establish a zone regulating public open space and government use.

§ 190-105 Permitted uses.

No lot shall be used and no structure shall be altered or occupied for any purpose except the following:
A. 
Municipal buildings, structures, activities and other public uses.
B. 
Public recreation, open space and parks.
C. 
Municipally sponsored community, cultural, recreational, athletic and social facilities.
D. 
Public schools.
E. 
Municipally sponsored senior housing.
F. 
Farms.
G. 
Child-care centers in accordance with the requirements found in § 190-85.

§ 190-107 Accessory uses.

A. 
Accessory uses or structures customarily incidental to permitted uses.

§ 190-108 Uses and structures prohibited.

Where a use is not permitted, it shall be considered prohibited.

§ 190-109 Bulk and area requirements.

Bulk and area requirements shall be in accordance with §§ 190-110 and 190-17 unless otherwise indicated herein.
