SCHEDULE OF

FEES, CHARGES AND EXPENSES

§ 153.105 SCHEDULE OF FEES.

   The City Council shall establish a schedule of fees, charges, and expenses, and a collection for building permits, and conditional use permits, but excluding occupancy permits. In addition, the City Council shall establish a schedule of charges for variances and amendments, and other matters pertaining to these regulations. The schedule of fees shall be posted in the office of the Building and Zoning Administrator and may be altered or amended by the City Council.

§ 153.106 PAYMENT OF FEES.

   All applicable fees must be paid at the time of application. Until all applicable fees, charges and expenses have been paid in full, no action shall be taken on any application or appeal. For filings and permits applied for after construction has started, fees will be twice normal fees.
