Permitted Uses

§ 300-12 Schedules. [1]

The attached schedules set forth the restrictions and controls intended to regulate development in each zoning district. Regulations governing the Floodplain District are included in § 300-30H hereof.
A. 
Table 1: Table 1, Land Use Classifications, sets forth the land uses permitted in each zoning district.
B. 
Table 2: Table 2 establishes standards for various dwelling types.
C. 
Table 3: Table 3 establishes development standards for single-family and cluster development zones.
D. 
Table 4: Table 4 establishes area, bulk, setback, and density standards for conservation, residential, commercial, PDZ, and manufacturing zones.
