Except in cases where a different punishment is specifically prescribed, any person, firm or corporation who violates, disobeys, omits, neglects or refuses to comply with or who resists the enforcement of any provisions of this title shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punishable as set forth in MVMC 1.20.010.
