The office of Zoning Administrator is hereby established. The Zoning Administrator shall be appointed by the Mayor with approval of the Council. It shall be the duty of the Zoning Administrator to administer and cause the enforcement of the provisions and intent of Chapters 73, 80, 105, 121, 122, 130, 162, 163, 165, 166, and 167 of the Code, and the policies and goals stated in the Myersville Comprehensive Plan.
