No lot, parcel, or tract of land lying within the boundaries of the County of Nelson shall at any time be used as a permanent or temporary disposal site for the storage of nuclear waste materials or any spent radioactive substance. This section shall be applicable to all classes of land as defined in the Nelson County Zoning Ordinance.
