ARTICLE IV

Site Plans and Special Use Permits

§ 200-22 Site plan review.

Site plans shall be reviewed in accordance with the procedures set forth in § 7-725-a of the Village Law.
The applicant shall also provide for the management of stormwater quantity and quality and soil erosion and sediment control as described in Chapter 170, Stormwater Management and Erosion Control.

§ 200-23 Special use permits.

Special use permits shall be granted in accordance with the procedures set forth in § 7-725-b of the Village Law.
