This title shall be known as the “Normandy Park Zoning Ordinance.” (Ord. 90 § 1.01.010, 1958).

The provisions of this title shall be held to provide the minimum standards required for the promotion of the public health, safety and welfare. No use listed in this title shall be construed to include other uses unless the phrasing related thereto clearly indicates such intention. Whenever the provisions of this title are found to be in irreconcilable conflict with the provisions of any other ordinance, the provisions of this title shall govern unless such other ordinance is clearly intended as an amendment hereof. The provisions of this title have been formulated and prepared in accordance with the comprehensive plan as adopted by the city. (Ord. 939 § 1, 2016; Ord. 90 § 1.03.010, 1958).
