Planning

1101.01 ESTABLISHED.

There is hereby established a Planning Commission to consist of those members as provided by Ohio R. C. 713.01 and having such powers and duties as authorized by State law.

1101.02 PLANNING STRUCTURE AND LOCATION CONTROL.

The Planning Commission shall control the height, design and location of all buildings hereinafter located in the City. (Ord. 1200-1928. Passed 2-20-28.)
