The Zoning Board of Adjustment is established in accordance with Article IV of Chapter 209, Land Use Procedures, of the Code of the Township of Ocean.
§ 410-158 Powers and duties.
The Board shall have the powers and duties as set forth in Article IV of Chapter 209, Land Use Procedures, of the Code of the Township of Ocean.
§ 410-159 Rules and procedures.
The Board shall carry out its responsibilities according to rules and procedures set forth in Chapter 209, Land Use Procedures, of the Code of the Township of Ocean, and Article XVII of this chapter.
§ 410-160 Appeals.
Appeals of actions and decisions of the Board may be taken by an applicant or aggrieved party in accordance with provisions in or pursuant to Chapter 209, Land Use Procedures, of the Code of the Township of Ocean, and Article XVII of this chapter.
