FEES, FINES AND PENALTIES
The governing body shall establish a schedule of fees, charges and expenses and a collection procedure for matters pertaining to this ordinance. This schedule of fees shall be posted in the office of the administrative official, and may be altered or amended only by the governing body. Until all applicable fees, charges, and expenses have been paid in full, no action shall be taken on any application or appeal. The Okaloosa County Schedule of Fees Fines and Civil Penalties for Non-Criminal Infractions may contain the following items and/or other items as may be deemed appropriate by the governing body.
