52.- P-1 PARK AND RECREATIONAL DISTRICT
The P-1 park and recreational district is intended to provide for parks, recreational and other outdoor areas. All new parks, recreational and other outdoor areas shall be approved by the park committee and the common council before their creation.

The following uses are permitted in the P-1 Park and Recreational District:
A.
Parks, recreational areas and other open space uses;
B.
Accessory uses clearly incidental to a permitted use;
C.
Management of forestry, wildlife and fish;
D.
Management and harvesting of wild crops, such as berries, fruits, seeds, ferns and flowers.

The following conditional uses are allowed in the P-1 Park and Recreational District:

Orchards;
B.
Wildlife preserves.

All buildings and other improvements within the P-1 Park and Recreational District shall conform to the dimensional requirements of the R-1 Single-Family Residential District.
